The A Run leaves Dalton Square, Lancaster, Sunday at 9am. These rides are usually in excess of  60 miles and are planned as slightly higher sustained paced than B Runs. A cafe stop MAY or MAY NOT be included en-route (From January, most likely NOT). The run will return to the Lancaster area about 2pm. Remember when taking part in the run you are responible for your own safety. The named person is familiar with the route but all responsibility rests with the individual rider.

Well maintained ‘Winter bikes’ with mudguards are appreciated by other riders, the carrying of spare inner tubes etc. is expected.

It’d be most appreciated if the run leader could email any photos and a report to Bob Muir ( and to the website ( for publication. Thank you 🙂

For more details of the A Runs contact Nic Bertrand or email

As with the B Run, new riders are always welcome but after 3 rides will be expected to join the club.
